Rates from $99-$174 We are a smoke-free bed & breakfast and impose a fee of $250-350 for anyone who smokes in the house or their room. Children are welcome as long as they are respectable to our environment and other guests. Pets may be boarded in our basement washroom for an additional fee.  This area is on a seperate heating/cooling system that maintains our dander free environment for allergy sensitive individuals.  Pets are not permitted on the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. Our plaster covered brick walls allow for an almost soundproofed environment. We ask everyone to be respectable to other guests. Cancellation Policies We require a 48 hour cancellation most times and a 7 day cancellation on holidays and special event weekends.
